1. 公司申請
Company application
2. 客戶填寫詳細(xì)客戶信息表(同時(shí)安排審核員)
Customer fill in detailed customer information form (at the same time arrange auditor).
3. 合同(如有變更需要復(fù)核)
Contract (if there is a change needs to be reviewed)
4. 相關(guān)資料準(zhǔn)備
Relevant information preparation
5. 確定審核日期
Determine the date of audit
6. 進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核(同時(shí)進(jìn)行文件審核)
Conduct on-the-spot audit (and review documents at the same time)
7. 發(fā)出糾正措施
Emit corrective action
8. 采取糾正措施
Take corrective action
9. 驗(yàn)證
Verification

11. 發(fā)出報(bào)告和證書

1. 如果審核后，沒有需要糾正的，會(huì)在15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)出報(bào)告和證書
